Additionally, our proprietary ResetScore™ technology provides real-time health tracking, giving you immediate insights into your progress. With our dedicated concierge care support, you’re never alone—ensuring comprehensive, proactive care. All ResetOne programs are medically prescribed and supervised, strategically blending preventive and interventional approaches for your optimal health outcomes.
No, ResetOne does not replace your Primary Care Physician (PCP). ResetOne is designed to complement the care you receive from your PCP by focusing specifically on longevity, preventive care, and personalized health optimization. Our specialized team collaborates with you to enhance your overall wellness, while your PCP remains essential for routine check-ups, acute illnesses, emergencies, and general medical care. We encourage you to continue regular visits with your PCP while benefiting from ResetOne’s targeted expertise and personalized approach.
No, ResetOne does not replace your specialists. Our program is designed to complement and enhance the care provided by your current specialists. When our team identifies conditions or health concerns that require further specialized attention, we proactively refer you to appropriate specialists to ensure comprehensive and effective care.
Getting Started
Getting started is simple:
- Join the Waitlist to be one of the first to access our membership.
- After joining as a member, your onboarding begins.
- Join ResetOne as a member and get onboarded to our portal.
- Complete our baseline intake form.
- Complete your diagnostic testing, including bloodwork and at-home tests provided by us.
- Have your baseline consultation with your doctor to review your plan, based on your intake and results.
- Have your baseline consultations with your lifestyle experts (nutrition, fitness, sleep) to review and develop your personalized treatment plans in each area.
Your first month is focused on establishing your baseline and beginning your personalized journey. We start with a comprehensive health evaluation and establish your baseline ResetScore™.
Your care team will develop your personalized treatment plan and conduct initial consultations to ensure you’re comfortable with every aspect. We’ll help you set up your health monitoring systems and begin implementing your program, adjusting as needed for optimal results.
Once you complete your payment, you’ll gain access to the ResetOne portal. You’ll need to complete a comprehensive health intake form and schedule your initial blood work. After we receive both your blood work results and completed health intake form, your dedicated medical team will create your personalized plan. You’ll be contacted to schedule a review of your unique plan with your doctor.
Your ResetOne experience is supported by a dedicated four-person medical care team:
- Your Longevity Physician, who reviews your lab work, develops your treatment plan, and serves as your physician of record.
- Your PA (physician’s assistant), who coordinates with your lifestyle care team, addresses any concerns, and supports you with monthly calls
- Your nurse who oversees tracking, testing, medication, supplements, and messages
- Your care concierge who provides daily support with scheduling, concerns, tech challenges, or other needs.
Just send a message through the portal, and it will be directed properly.
ResetOne is a private, members-only longevity clinic that provides individualized care to each patient. In order to provide this level of care, we do not accept insurance, but we do provide documentation that you can submit to your insurance provider. Please note that we cannot guarantee patients will be reimbursed by their providers.
Care & Support
Your care team is accessible through multiple channels to ensure you always have support when needed. You can schedule virtual consultations, access 24/7 concierge support via the app, or use our secure messaging system.
Interaction with your medical care and lifestyle team is based on your program needs and preferences. You’ll have regular scheduled check-ins with your physician, plus extra support whenever you need it. Your lifestyle team will meet with you regularly to explore your nutrition, fitness, and sleep goals alongside your biomarkers. Program adjustments are made based on your ongoing results and feedback, ensuring your care is always optimized for your current needs.
We’ll send you reminders when it’s time to connect with your doctor, but you can also schedule appointments directly from the app.
Privacy & Security
We maintain the highest standards of medical privacy and data security. Our systems are HIPAA-compliant and use encrypted data storage and transmission. We employ secure authentication protocols, conduct regular security audits, and maintain strict access controls to ensure your information remains private and secure.
Access to your health information is strictly controlled. Only your dedicated care team, healthcare providers you specifically authorize, and you (or your designated representatives) can access your information. Required regulatory authorities may also have limited access as mandated by law.
Account Management
Your membership is a minimum of one year, but it will continue rolling until you decide to cancel it.
Yes, we understand that life circumstances may require you to pause your membership. You can pause for up to 60 days with 30 days’ notice. Your care concierge can help you with this process and ensure a smooth transition both when pausing and resuming your program.
No, your data is your data. Even if you pause your account, you’ll have access to all data in the platform.
